Jack Gillis

Jack Gillis is a life member of FFI and its Fly-Tying Group, and currently serves as the Chair of the Fly-Tying Group Board of Governors. He holds fly-tying certifications from FFI for the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Achievement Awards and is an Evaluator and Reviewer for tyers seeking to earn the fly-tying Achievement Awards. Jack’s a demonstration fly tyer at such events as Oktoberfisch, Texas Fly Fish and Brew Festival, TRWD Flyfest, Sowbug Rendezvous, FFI National Expo, and Southern Conclave, among others. He also moderates online demonstrations for FFI, the Roadkill Roundtable Fly Tying Group, and is an instructor for earning the FFI achievement awards for fly tying.
